“This was a perfect day tour in Sicily! Our guide Salvo was very knowledgeable and shared information about the history of Sicily, foods to eat, and of course, information about each of the sites we visited. He fielded all of our random questions as well. It was nice to get to Taormina ahead of the cruise ship excursions to enjoy the town before 100s of people descended on it. It was also nice to have free time at both locations to enjoy some food and take pictures. On the way back to Messina, I managed to catch a quick nap. A perfect day in Sicily!”

Tour operator offered a half refund due to this information being incorrect but all money should have been refunded. We asked for full refund and tour operator refused any refund in the end. Viators customer service was poor at best. Terrible customer service from both operators. You have been warned.”

“This tour was combination of 4 activities. City tour bus, train ride, very minimal explanation of clock tour, lunch and a snack. It was not organized well at all and we had to ask what to do and where to go next after each activities. We could have done just fine without this tour. You can get city tour bus and train ride tickets there without any difficulties. City tour bus was worth it as you see the brief overview of Messina. Lunch was at nearby sandwich shop and the waitress was not friendly. She acted as if she is doing us a favor. After the lunch, we were taken…”
