“Took the cable car and 4x4 vehicle to the highest point allowed by the tour. Keep in mind you do not go to the peak of the volcano. You go up to about 11000 feet. The walk up the volcano was challenging and the guide taking you to the top was useless as the group size was about 50 people and could not hear anything. Our driver for the day was Salvo. He did an excellent history of the areas around Mt. Etna. The winery visit was ok. The group also went to the city of Taormina which consumed 3hours. This was too much for the day trip. Suggest to…”

“Anyone who marks this low clearly hasn’t read the description. This is a great tour for those in Palermo who want to visit enta and Taormina. It’s 3 hours each way so to get that in a day you are limited on time. Enta you have two hours, pay to go up the carts (I did for 78) or explore the bottom for free. Not a huge amount of time but enough to experience it. Taormina, same two hours to view the town and theatre. Drive back is 3 hours. All in all full day, 6 till 6.
