“Cooking with Simona is a must while you are in Catania! She is a professional chef who has trained around the world. Our experience was fun, informative, and relaxing (my husband enjoys cooking, I don’t!). We made a plant-based meal including bruschetta, spaghetti rolls, caponata and almond cookies (food made with fresh local ingredients which would appeal to all appetites) then enjoyed our feast with red and white wine. The location was less than 10 minutes by taxi from our hotel near the Duomo.”
